WHAT EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED FOR ME?
We provide a 25 ft extension cord and commercial blower. Our team handles professional setup and anchoring to ensure your safety throughout Louisiana’s weather, making your booking stress-free.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY?
Safety is our top priority. Every unit undergoes a rigorous 3-point inspection and hospital-grade sanitization before and after every rental. Our inflatables are brand new and meet all safety standards.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations can be made easily through our online system. We offer free weather-related cancellations up to 48 hours before your event, providing either a full refund or flexible rescheduling.
DO YOU PROVIDE ATTENDANTS FOR THE EVENTS?
While standard rentals are self-managed after our professional setup, we offer trained event attendants for hire to monitor safety and manage guest flow for larger parties or public events.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES?
Delivery is free within our standard 15-nauitacle mile service radius. For events located further away, a modest distance-based fee is calculated at checkout to cover transportation and logistics.
